Moving more doesn't always mean high intensity exercise. Join professional dance teachers in various towns across Suffolk, including Debenham, Sudbury, Hadleigh and Lowestoft, for a gentle, seated exercise class for over 55s. Gain physical and mental benefits, all with a cup of tea included!

Let's get together

Friends Around the Table invites adults and carers living rurally to gather virtually to discover food, culture and nature in new ways. This wonderful project offers relaxed get-togethers to craft, make and cook every Monday morning throughout May in Hadleigh.

Let's get musical

Suffolk has a rich music scene and Britten Pears Arts is one of many incredible organisations in Suffolk which offer free and affordable musical activities. Among the many free activities Britten Pears offers, there is Mini Music Makers for your little ones at the Red House in Aldeburgh and there's Participate, which takes place in Saxmundham and Leiston weekly for older adults. These sessions successfully make music more than fun for everyone involved.
