What to expect
Carefully designed to promote self-care whilst improving physical and mental wellbeing, the activity offers a gentle way to ease back into exercise.
In each session, participants are led through gentle movements and poses to relaxing music, with all activity taking place seated on a chair. The lead practitioner will invite everyone to adapt how they engage according to their own individual need, offering a range of options to choose from.
Absolute beginners are warmly welcomed, and no special clothing or equipment is required.
Participants are welcome to bring along a partner, friend or carer.
How to book
No booking required, just come along.
We do not want cost to be a barrier to people attending but welcome a suggested donation of up to £5 per person, per session.
