What to expect
The classes offer a safe and welcoming space, that includes creativity, movement games, sensory props and structured exercises and routines.
All classes are designed to encourage self-expression, build confidence, and develop social skills.
The classes are led by Margherita and assisted by Eva and Olivia, who all have lots of experience working alongside people with additional needs.

How to book
Springboard classes are offered as Pay As You Go or by booking a full-term course (with the option to pay in half termly instalments). For more information, please call our sales team on 01473 295230.
Bookings will close each week on a Friday at midday. This is to allow us enough time to send out the required forms for you to complete so that we have all the necessary information to share with the tutor before you participate in the class. If you are already an existing participant, you can still book on after this time by calling our sales team.
If you are unsure about coming along, you are welcome to book a taster session by getting in touch.
How to get here
Once you arrive, there are plenty of car parks around town but the closest ones to us are St Peter’s Dock Car Park, Cardinal Park, and Duke Street Car Park.
