BY SUBMITTING EVENT AND ACTIVITY CONTENT TO THE LET’S GET CREATIVE WEBSITE, PROVIDERS AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS DETAILED BELOW:
MEDIA.
By submitting media you are confirming that consent has been given by a responsible adult that any persons identifiable have agreed for publication on the Let’s Get Creative website and other publications. Please note: we cannot guarantee that photographs will not be used against other activities on the website.
Please be aware that if appropriate imagery is not supplied Suffolk Libraries reserves the right to use a generic placeholder image.
BOOKING.
Booking requests are not possible through the Let’s Get Creative website. The event provider is responsible for providing accurate contact details and booking information. The event provider is responsible for liaising with interested parties and responding to booking enquiries. Suffolk Libraries is not responsible for issues surrounding booking.
EVENT INFORMATION.
By submitting content providers are fully responsible for ensuring information on the Let’s Get Creative website is current and accurate. Suffolk Libraries maintains the right to edit and refuse any inappropriate information submitted.
ACTIVITY CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES.
In the case of cancellations or changes to an activity, it is the content provider’s responsibility to update Suffolk Libraries or inform event attendees. Please be aware Suffolk Libraries will need at least 24 hours to amend live listings with information changes.
