What to expect
Grow Your Wellbeing is a 12-week course, starting on Monday 13th May.
These fun, welcoming sessions are tailored towards personal goals such as developing practical skills, supporting your health and wellbeing, building your confidence, getting closer to nature, finding a sense of community and meeting new people.
Small groups are led by Project Officer Phoebe.

How to get there
The park is a five minute walk from Sudbury rail station and a six minute walk from the bus station.
There is plenty of free parking nearby in the town’s car parks and on Ingrams Well Road a two minute walk away.
