What to expect
Our Music for Wellbeing group, led by Helen Hayes, meets every Friday from 1.30pm.
The group is for anyone who enjoys music, you do not need to be able to play an instrument or hold a tune, just be willing to have some fun!

The Seagull Theatre is located minutes away from the Pakefield Beach. The nearest bus stop is only three minutes away; routes that stop there: 99 Coastal Clipper, X2 Coastlink, 902 and X21 Coastlink. The closest parking is Pakefield St Car Park.
