Suffolk Wildlife Trust offer a huge range of online and in-person courses where you can learn about our local flora and fauna. From bumblebees to turtle doves, and chalk streams to nightjars, their activities explore Suffolk’s landscapes and the animal who call it home. Walking for Wellbeing
Feel Good Suffolk offers over 80 free monthly, guided Wellbeing Walks across the county, varying from countryside walks to urban walks. Every walk is graded from 1 to 5 based on difficulty, ensuring there is something for everyone.
Wellbeing Walks are a great way of getting more active, meeting new people, and taking care of yourself. Regular walks are proven to help manage health conditions, improve your sleep, and lower feelings of stress.

Explore the Seaside with Creativity
Head to East Point Pavilion and be inspired by Suffolk's gorgeous coastline. Throughout April and May, you can join their free workshops to make octopus puppets, jelly fish hats, and fishy masks to wear for First Light Festival's opening parade on Saturday 21 June.
