Easter Fun Day at The Guineas Shopping Centre – 7 April
Head to the Guineas Shopping Centre between 10.30am – 2.30pm for a full day of family fun. Antics include giant stilt-walking Easter bunnies, arts and crafts, and an egg-citing trail.
Anglo-Saxon Discovery Day at Christchurch Mansion – 9 April
Step back in time and discover the world of the Anglo-Saxons at Christchurch Mansion! Join costumed interpreters as they bring Ipswich Museum’s Anglo-Saxon artefacts to life. Get up close to real objects from our collections and explore different aspects of Anglo-Saxon life through hands-on replicas and demonstrations.

Morning Storytime at the Theatre Royal – 15 April
Allow your toddler to explore the world around them through the power of stories. During this time, our Greene Room Bar will also be open for parents and caregivers to enjoy a tea/coffee whilst their young people enjoy the stories being told, sessions will also include a small craft activity.

Blank Page at Suffolk Libraries – various dates
The Blank Page Project is an exciting programme providing high-quality creative activities run by professional local artists in our libraries during the school holidays! Our creative activities give 10 to 16 year olds the chance to express their creativity through a range of mediums. From clay pottery to mural painting, movie makeup to computer coding, there's something for everyone to enjoy! You can book onto as many workshops as you'd like – all workshops are designed to offer something different.
