Thousands of people record the birds which visit their gardens each week and send their results to the BTO. Rob will explain how these data are used to monitor changes in populations, and to try to find reasons and suggest how modifications might be made.
We now have a card reader, and would prefer this to be used for entry donations if this is possible, but if not, cash is of course acceptable.

How to get here
There is a small amount of parking by the Methodist Church. The closest public car park is NCP Tower Ramparts on Crown Street (IP1 3DH), which is open 24 hours a day, Monday to Sunday. The council-run Crown Street Car Park (IP1 3HS) also offers ample parking, just a couple of minutes walk away, and is open from 8am until 6.30pm (with a later closing time of 11.30pm on Friday and Saturday).
The church is located 5-6 minutes walk from Tower Ramparts Bus Station, a hub for bus routes from all around Ipswich and the surrounding areas.
