Join us for the opportunity to explore a variety of art forms whilst developing creative skills and tools to support mental wellbeing. Supported by professional artists Sarah Lewis and Jo Chapman.
Participants can expect to work with a wide range of creative techniques including movement, relaxation techniques, 3D clay and sculptural art, drawing and experimental mark making. No creative experience is necessary as these workshops are an opportunity to connect, learn and develop new skills to promote overall well being.
