Working with professional artists, Eleanor Rodwell and Michelle Brace, participants will explore aspects of the collections from the Food Museum in Stowmarket to inspire their creativity.
Participants can expect to work with a wide range of creative techniques including relaxation techniques, digital photography, textiles, 3D clay and sculptural art, drawing and experimental mark making.
No creative experience is necessary as these workshops are an opportunity to connect, learn and develop new skills to promote overall wellbeing.
Participants will also have the opportunity of a final exhibition at the library as part of the programme.
The programme starts with a taster session on Monday July 28th 1.30-3.30pm for 12 weeks ending on Monday October 13th.
