This event is designed for the Ipswich Museum Young Associates and will be led by our Retail Officer. It’s a unique opportunity for young people aged 14-25 to explore the ins and outs of museum retail.
We’ll discuss the new museum shop setup, how to select products, and the motivations behind consumer purchases, including environmental impact, price sensitivity, local sourcing, and product uniqueness. You’ll tie these considerations back to the Ipswich collections, social messages, and campaigns, creatively brainstorming product ideas that appeal to your peers. Join us for a session that blends fun, creativity, and real-world retail strategy.
This event is free but needs to be booked through Ipswich Museums' website.
