Re>Charge will offer a welcoming safe space to experience creative and mindful activities together. Artists Eleanor Rodwell and Sarah Lewis will lead the relaxed sessions. There will be the opportunity to learn new skills in a variety of different art forms inspired by local heritage.
No creative experience is necessary the sessions are a friendly way of experiencing new skills and to promote wellbeing.
The programme is to support people aged 18 years or over living in Lowestoft and Waveney with long term health needs. Participation is through referral. Health and Wellbeing Coaches and Care Co-ordinators and health support workers are welcome to also attend. The Battery of Ideas is accessible.
